About Us

How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you transform yourself from being a project management expert to using these skills to help people achieve their own goals?

This question can only be answered by sharing with you my breaking point which propelled me on this incredible journey back to myself and brought me to where I am today – coaching people like you on exactly what you need to do to reach your goals.

After the death of my mother and my divorce, I had a complete breakdown and I felt lost. I could have never imagined being in this place…rock bottom and drowning, and if that wasn’t enough, in 2017 I went to dinner with someone I had lost touch with but had recently reconnected with via Facebook after not seeing her for 20+ years, and five minutes into our dinner, she looked at me with a perplexed  look on her face and asked me these two questions “Who are you?” and “What do you want?”. I, on the other side of the table had no idea what to say. How could this even be?

This moment jolted me into saying to myself, ENOUGH is ENOUGH. This became the defining moment where I intentionally started to take my power back.

On the flip side, I was doing great professionally. I was a corporate strategic project manager since the year 2000 leading teams in several industries to successful product launches, product development, software implementations, moves, etc, while ensuring alignment and prioritization as per corporate purpose, vision, mission and strategies.

I had also been able to achieve most personal goals throughout the years as well, however something was missing, I felt “stuck” in my life and was in a constant “funk” and I wasn’t happy. I had a squirrel brain, jumping from one thing to the next with no purpose or focus. I didn’t understand and realize that a secret that I had held on to for 46 years was weighing me down and was affecting me more than I was willing to admit. I didn’t realize that the shame was keeping me small, keeping me caged, and because of this I was unable to live in my truth, unable to break free to live an authentic life.

So, what did I do?

I owned my truth, cleaned up my mess and shed my past, which propelled me to where I am today.

I did this by taking that first step and sharing my secret with a friend. I owned my past and decided to invest in myself by taking concrete steps which started by taking full 100% responsibility for myself. I also did a lot of inner work to understand who I was and what I wanted.

I started therapy and dove headfirst into the personal development world by studying Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield and Tony Robbins. I gave myself a fitness goal and started running and trained myself to run half marathons. I changed my mindset and became a certified coach. I launched my project management business in 2019, wrote my debut memoir “Owning my Truth” which was published in December 2020, and am part of another venture where I help small businesses create their purpose / vision / mission statements and then assist them in coming up with a strategy and a plan that is aligned with their vision of where they want to go.

By doing all of this inner work, I realized how similar it actually is to run a corporate project or to run a personal project such as training for a half marathon or writing a book. The success comes by either knowing who you are and where you want to go as a company or who you are and what you want as a human being.
Once your purpose is clear, and you lead your life with intention, nothing can get in your way.

Since then, I have quit my corporate job, and have been living my dream of being of service by working one on one with clients. I am on a mission to help people figure out their “why”, helping them get out of their own way by freeing themselves from their own limiting beliefs or inner blocks, so that they can reach any goal and take their power back.

What makes you different from other “success coaches”?

Your goals will be treated as a “project”. I am combining project management / business principles as well as coaching principles to be able to walk you through with the proper mindset within the following phases – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closeout.

I will spend a lot of time on Mindset and the initiation portion to work with you on the inner and outer principles that will guide you to figure out who you are, what you want, and your why and what is blocking your current success. Once this is clear, you will set a goal, and I will help you create a plan for it. I will work on your mindset so that you get out of your own way, stop wasting time, stay focused and accountable not to anyone but yourself.

I want results just as much as you do and will always provide you with straight to the point, honest and authentic feedback that may feel like a kick in the butt at times. It may hurt, you may not like it, but it is necessary. I will always tell you the truth.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

Project manage my life program has been created for people that are driven, excited and serious about getting out of their current funk, getting out of their own way, and doing the inner work to see what is really blocking them as opposed to people that keep spinning their wheels saying that their lives should be different. This is for people that are ready to lean in and get uncomfortable.

I am a high achieving, results oriented individual who works best with high achieving individuals that are committed and willing to do what it takes, willing to put their excuses aside, willing to put in the hard work, take consistent action, monitor their progress, and get uncomfortable to get the results they want and deserve.

No more excuses! I’ve been there and understand the fear and what may be holding you back, and I support my clients every step of the way.
<h2″>For what type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work?

Please note that I do not work with everyone, am very selective and choose my clients. I will nicely turn people away if I believe that they are not a good fit for this program. It would not be fair to them to accept them as clients and then not deliver what they want.

I will not work with people that expect to be babysat through the entire process. This is your life, your goals, and your responsibility to be accountable to yourself and do the work.

I also don’t work well with the whiner or skeptic type or people who always find excuses to either not do the homework, or who cancel the sessions, who cannot turn off their phones during our sessions, and who are not fully present and engaged.

If you are one of these people, I respectfully ask that you do not call and request my services. I hope you understand why we would probably not work well together. I would not want to waste your time and money.

We will work on mindset, in combination with project management principles to get you taking action starting with small steps to get you the results you want.

1. Mindset

Mindset is the foundation of everything we do and ultimately determines what kind of success we have in all aspects of life.  This system will explain how the mind works, how our beliefs create our actions or destiny, how our limiting beliefs stand in the way of our success and how to turn this around by creating a series of daily habits that will reprogram our subconscious mind when done with consistency.

 2. Clarity – Be clear on why you are here and set your intentions

We examine where you are in your journey and get CRYSTAL clear about your “why”, your “where you want to go” and “how you are going to get there”. Before any goal can be set, you must assume all responsibility for every action you take, you must know who you are, why you are here and what you want. We will take you out of the blame game, work on shifting this mindset where you will see and be conscious moving forward that everything that happens to you is 100% because of choices you have made. Once this concept is understood and applied, you will have gained the power to change anything in your life.

3. Goal Setting – creation of a plan based on your vision

We’ll spend time helping you put together a SMART plan with clear actions that will be measurable along the way, week after week.

4. Accountability

We examine accountability and the power of keeping agreements or commitments with yourself and with others. We will teach you how to set ground rules, identify the things you are tolerating in your life, identify things that irritate you and then ultimately learning to let go of things that no longer serve you.

5. Alignment / Prioritization / Execution

We will work with you to ensure that you are focusing and prioritizing what is necessary for your goals to become reality. You will be immersed in a series of exercises that will highlight what is urgent vs what is important, in addition to identifying “hidden” time wasters and interruptions that keep popping up in our busy lives. Once you have identified your recurrent patterns, you will have a newfound awareness and will be able to apply strategies to minimize these habits so that you can focus on execution, meaning taking action and moving forward. These techniques will make you laser focused and will exponentially increase your productivity. The power to take action is in your hands, and without action, a goal just remains a simple “wish”.

6. Monitoring / Controlling / Closeout

Once all these plans and ideas are in place, how will you stay on track? We will guide you and teach you techniques to help you stay committed to yourself through the entire process.

Throughout the entire process we will identify and celebrate wins every step of the way, no matter how big or small!
